So today is the first day in my whole life that I am slightly concerned about my food/drink intake.

I am fortunate to have a very good metabolism and have stayed smalled my entire life, no matter what I eat or drink (Or course I realize that just because I stay thin does not mean that what I eat and drink is good for my insides).

However, I now have what I have named "The Lithium Gut." I have put on about 10 pounds or so since I have started Lithium. However, I have also been eating worse than ever, so I'm sure it is both combined.

I know that is is especially important to drink water when on Lithium. However, I have ignored this. I absolutely adore soda, specifically ginger ale and root beer. I also love Gatorade.

I don't like to drink water. It has no flavor! Please don't suggest flavored water because it makes me want to throw up.

This is going to be difficult. I'm sitting here at my desk eating my lunch and I have an unopened bottle of water next to me. It's boooorrrring.

I also love to eat junk food of every kind. That will be hard to moderate.

I do love all sorts or fruits and vegetables.

I really don't know how to change my habits. I got a coffee today with no sugar in it and I was so proud of myself until my coworker reminded me that I also got extra cream in it, lol.
