So I weighed myself this afternoon around 1 and I was 170. I ate low cal all day and I just weighed myself tonight and I was 171. How am I gaining weight from eating low calorie? Please someone tell me what I’m doing wrong. Today I had a Coke, a Panera bread bowl, and a steak. It all equaled to 1,240 calories. It shouldn’t be possible for me to gain on that amount of calories. Please someone help.
