BethRags, I've been sleeping in the daytime lately. For most of my life I could never do that, even when I tried when I was so tired. But I think my body decided recently that my insomnia has become too big of a problem, & it's forcing me to fall asleep during the daytime. I wake up & realize I have slept for one or two hours or more. And I dream during these forced naps, & I feel better. This happens when I'm sitting comfortably at home, not like with narcolepsy. Does this fit with what you're talking about?
