I agree it's a problem. I have a number of friends who are moms in their 40's, and their facebook feeds frequently reference wine or wine memes.

If you're interested in exploring this further, there's a really good book "Drink: The intimate relationship between alcohol and women" by Anne Dowsett Johnson, that explores how women are targeted by the alcohol industry and have been since the 90's.

I also agree with really being annoyed by the hard seltzer marketing. It seems like the ads are tyring to paint drinking as part of a healthy lifestyle, with notes such as "only 100 calories"
