Fear requires fuel.
Fuel is inside and outside.
My experience: Sources of fear-fuel are too numerous to eliminate. Some sources, however, may be limited or cut. Sometimes, fear is very, very appropriate. Sometimes, fear is ... groundless. Sometimes, fear lacks utility.
