If you had one, you'd know. They basically just tell you how much food you want to eat during the day to keep your current weight. It can be handy to know.

I'm glad you're eating something. Shakes is bad, which of course you know. Like I said earlier, soup and stuff like that is pretty nourishing and can often be easier to eat than something so filling.

Remember, this IS a symptom of depression, and it will go when your depression lightens up. But that doesn't mean you can safely ignore it. You don't have to eat much, just a little bit throughout the day. We all want you nice and healthy,k?
