I'm glad you're eating something. Shakes is bad, which of course you know. Like I said earlier, soup and stuff like that is pretty nourishing and can often be easier to eat than something so filling.
Remember, this IS a symptom of depression, and it will go when your depression lightens up. But that doesn't mean you can safely ignore it. You don't have to eat much, just a little bit throughout the day. We all want you nice and healthy,k?

I will try to eat again as soon as I feel up to it. I sure hope this goes away soon because I don't like how much it is bothering me.
