Well, we upped my Wellbutrin a tad to try to help out with this giant Depakote weight crushing me. It has definitely helped a bit, which I am grateful for.

Got out on the bike yesterday. The weather is just gorgeous here right now, crystal clear and cool. Gonna try to do it again. It does help me to be exercising, that's for sure. Weird to be riding during daylight hours--I almost always ride at night, when it is much safer.
