I submitted this to a new ( new for me) publication I hope to write for. It's called Live Your Life on Purpose. Here:
Live Your Life On Purpose – Medium
Today, Sunday, February 23, 2020, I give thanks for crying tears of gratitude because I feel better than ever. My physical energy is stronger and emotionally, my self-esteem needs yearning for years are being fulfilled through my writing and the benefits it brings to my life.
I never knew I could feel this strong and confident.
On February 12, 2013 I began my gratitude journey on my first blog here:
Recovery in Balance: Gratitude for 2-12-13
Being grateful brings me the most important healing I have had the privilege to experience.
I googled famous quotes on gratitude and got about 26, 700, 000 results. Here's one of them.
According to Melody Beattie:
"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend."

So, being grateful is taking care of yourself, your soul, your inner you.
What I experience firsthand is my life is better every day. I have practiced daily gratitude every day for YEARS. My life did not change overnight, but I got to see up close and personal how my life slowly and steadily got better. As my mind healed, my life around me healed.
Plus, as it healed, that healing strengthens me every day.
As you love what you are grateful for, you love yourself. You slowly realize your worth and your lifestyle reflects that.
With every passing day, I am closer to being whole. I see improvements in my life every day. Some are tiny, but they are there. I feel them.
Also, you benefit the people you love and meet because your heart and soul will ripple out to touch their lives.
That alone brings me great joy that just gets deeper as I live my life happier than I ever knew I could be.
Please. Be. Grateful. Always. E.V.E.R.Y.D.A.Y
Landon Clary Eason battles chronic fatigue, plus mental and physical illness daily, such as Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder ( Complex PTSD), forced upon her during her monstrous upbringing.
She is learning disabled and must pace her brain carefully through the day.
When it is tired, she must stop writing and do mindless tasks until the following morning, provided she got a good night's sleep.
Determined to earn her living through writing, her daily gratitude and sense of humor keep her going.
