So life has been pretty chaotic lately and it will be for another year. In a nutshell, I am juggling a full-time job while taking 5 classes. Work is pretty much all over the place where some weeks I have to work a few hours at night and/or the weekends. It has been quite overwhelming because there is so much on my plate while all I'm trying to do is achieve my goals of getting my bachelors degree in December and afford rent/food. Sometimes my motivation is so low and I cannot take my mind off of all of the deadlines. Sleep has become difficult as well as self-care and tending to friends, family, and even spending actual quality time with my boyfriend who I barely see as it is (works opposite shift).

Now, end rant. OK so I guess why I am here is to set small personal goals and find ways to help inspire some much needed motivation. Anyone know of some methods that help to actually turn the brain off amidst a hectic schedule? Any ways to help get some actual sleep longer than 5 hours a night? Ways to help motivate in the morning? I've already started back on my meds for depression/anxiety & thyroid because this past year threw me off track. So hopefully that will help. Any self help techniques are welcome!
