Doesn't help my state of mind that the group sessions tend to be the hardest for me to get through, leaving me even less inclined to want to keep going. I've been in therapy for about the same amount of time as you. Stick with it. This is a very in-depth, comprehensive course. I'm also frustrated by the amount of time and effort involved, but I'm so tired of living like I have been, too. Not all parts are as hard as others.
