Is your Schizophrenia controlled with medication?

I think your disposition certainly lends you to additional confusion between truth and imagination. The disposition of your personality may be that the normal mechanism of guilt and responsibility are not functioning well enough to identify the lie.

Are you in therapy other than medication management?
