About three years ago my daughter was under pain management care and had to sign a contract. They explained to her that she was not to seek pain medication through any other place except them. However there were circumstances that was allowed. In my area there is a problem with people going from ER to ER, doctor to doctor, getting pain meds. This has slowed them down considerably.
