My therapist even seemed confused by the 6 pound weight gain. I know I’ve been dealing with PMS for 3 weeks and I’m not getting my period. I went off my birth control 3 weeks ago. I’m stating this meal plan similar to nutrisystem on Friday. I pick up my first set of meals tomorrow afternoon. It’s expensive but my mom, my therapist, and myself think it’s a good idea. I also could possibly save money by eating only these meals and cutting out all other foods including groceries, restaurant's, fast food, and coffee runs.
