I started to think about balance. I binge eat and stress eat and now in a less active lifestyle my weight has been creeping up and up. I have to look at all of it, amt of exercise vs food intake as the seasons change, and what is frustrating me so I try to make myself happy or calmer with food. Plenty of answers for those. Can I do what i have to do in this big period of transition to get my needs met more effectively ? The challenge:goal setting, prioritizing, problem solving.
