I just joined your menopause club, @sarahsweets. It's no fun! My periods are out of whack. Like, I'll have a 4-5 day period which will stop but then like this month, 3 days later, it starts up again. I mean, wow! And the night and day sweets is crazy. Sometimes I'll get a hot flash during the day that lasts for up to 15 minutes. Otherwise, I now wake up drenched in sweat whereas I never did before. Hormones. Who knew.
