This is just a thought, but what about writing it out? When something is bothering me, it helps me to get the thoughts out of my head and on paper in front of me.

I used to write things out longhand, but that is too painful now. So, I type everything out, just free hand typing, not worrying about my spelling or my grammar. I just type what crosses my mind.

Then, if I need to, I have a good cry and that helps me feel better.
