I'm so sorry you're struggling and I didn't see this until now. I understand the feeling of your sister making you feel odd. I get that way sometimes with my own.
I do feel like talking it out helps a lot. Have you considered the emotional support chat on this forum itself? it has helped me a number of times and there's almost always (or always probably) someone there.
when I get this way, I just nap. I mean, when it gets that bad. Or I'll watch tv or a good movie, if I can't get on the forums that is.
