I believe caffeine can be mildly beneficial in treating ADHD. However, I think the dosage would have to be really high. My neurologist asked me about my caffeine intake. He wanted to know how I felt after drinking my morning coffee.

I'm not sure about the other things you listed. Allergy medications typically result in elevated blood pressure.
