I love my T he has helped me face some very old trauma and more recent trauma.

If it weren’t for him I think I would have definitely made my exit years ago.

I have learned over the years ways to cope with things I have zero control over and hundreds of coping skills.

He will retire soon , he is 72 and I will be done with Therapy then. We have been together 9 years. I will not regurgitate my life to someone else.
