My session sucked today. I couldn’t tell her everything I had been feeling this past week because she would have sent me to the hospital. So I had to skirt around a lot of stuff. I think she was kind of frustrated with me. She had a weighted lap blanket thing which helped my anxiety somewhat in my session. But yeah today was not good.
