She is speaking of the people abused specifically by people who are diagnosed with NPD - not a forum for NPD itself (there already is one for NPD itself).

There is a forum for survivors of abuse as well - but it does not discriminate on the type of abuse or if the abuser was dx'd with NPD or not. She wants one that focuses on the abusers who are diagnosed with NPD for the survivors of those types of abusers.
