I've not had that exact thing, but I have been allowed to continue with a doctor who was already successfully treating me. But I think that was called continuity of care or something. It was when my insurance changed. I'd say try and approach your insurance company. You never know. You might get a yes. Can't hurt to ask. Does your insurance have a patient advocate or a care coordinator or something like that? Call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask. They can sometimes help you access benefits you didn't know you had. It might be helpful if they were on your side. Best of luck! Kit
