How do people seem to manage having food in the house without bingeing on it? For me, the only strategy that has been successful in avoiding bingeing and purging has been keeping trigger foods out of the house. But recently I've been bingeing on just whatever food is around. Since it isn't realistic to not keep any food at all in the house, how do you manage food being accessible when you have urges to binge?
