Starbright - I am sorry you are alone and thinking of missing something on V-day. I am not alone and I do not plan on doing anything special - no cards for hubby, no candy from him - it is just another day. Now Christmas and my birthday are the days that get me down. Perhaps our past memories get in the way of living in the moment and enjoying those good things that come our way, whatever day of the year it is.
