Welcome back.

Try not to get too stressed out with school work because you don't want to end up triggering yourself. Just take it easy on yourself and request your professors to give you extra time, if you haven't already done so. Also, you can always file a request with your college's student academic services to have a tutor. The tutor can teach you one on one to help you get up to speed so that you're not swamped with a ton of makeup work. Also, their tutoring services are typically free through the college. I think it's a valuable resource that you should take advantage of.

If you cannot get a tutor for whatever reason, surely there are teaching assistants (TA's) who can help? TA's want to get experience and it's part of their job to help out students, so they usually aren't bothered by someone who asks for their help. You just typically have to send them an email and figure out a time to meet up. Heck, even professors will help out too if you request their help. They may be busier than a TA, but they are usually passionate about teaching and genuinely want to help when they can. I've done both (talking to TA's and talking to professors).
