I feel like the key is the metabolism. If you have a fast one, one hour of exercise may be say 300 cals. But if you have a slow one, one hour of exercise could be 100 cals.
When I was a kid I used to skate every day after school for 4 hours. If only I had 4 hours now to exercise!!
