Oh, I see what you mean. I also believed since I was little that it is weakness to let people see you cry. Can I suggest that you spent some time alone when you can cry as much as you need to and just think about what you feel and why you feel thst way?
Usually there is a reason you feel a certain way like a specific event or something an abusive parent said to you. I find it is helpful to identify the origin of a feeling and it can lose some of its power over you when yoh understand it.
