I liked Lithium when I was on it. It was the first medication that ever gave me a "quiet mind." It helped with mood stability and limited my depression. I did lose motivation, gained weight, and had periods of tremor, but it all seemed worth it at the time. I stopped taking it eventually due to the side effects, though. In general, I'd probably go back on it again in the future if I needed to.
