Tucson, I'm using this thread to keep track of my medication(s) and anxiety levels. Like I posted, it would be helpful if there was a board specifically for threads like this. At this point, there isn't. Doc John has given his approval to post the so-called "me threads."
I appreciate - but do not expect - feedback from friends on this board. I am in desperate need of treating and keeping track of my anxiety levels. A thread like this one is the best way for me to do that.
