The quiet mind sounds promising, but I'm hoping the lack of motivation won't be too bad... I've been dealing with depression on and off for a long time now and the lack of motivation and getting things done is one of the things that's bothering me most. To be honest, that would be a reason for me to seriously consider quitting the Lithium.
