How are you doing today Deilla?
It sounds like you had a full on day, you needed to get stuff done and you applied yourself to do it. I wonder if maybe your adrenaline got a little spike through this? It can happen without us knowing and suddenly we can feel a little restless, a little angsty.
I like the idea of physical movement such as walking, or maybe yoga. I find if I am focussing on the physical my brain is less likely to stress.
