luvyrself, sounds good. I made chocolate zucchini muffins with chocolate chips about 2 weeks back, and they were good. Didn't use cabbage in them, though. What do you do with the cabbage? Shred it finely, like the zucchini? Anyway, I froze most of them. They defrost beautifully.
