Hey there KJ, one slip is not the end of the world.
The important this is to stop, learn from the mistake and start over. Or that's at least what they kept telling us in rehab. I can't count how many time's i've had to start over, but the people here at PC were amazingly supportive after my last relapse. We all know how seductive addiction can be.
You don't always have to be strong. It's totally ok to need and ask for help. It took me way too long to figure that out. And it made my recovery that much harder.
From what i've seen of you here on PC you're a really caring person. Remember that, and good for you on pouring the second can down the drain.
