awww thank you. i think the hardest thing to learn for me is to ask for help and support. the second hardest thing is to believe there will actually be any coz...weird as it may sound to some...i think i'm the least loveable person on the planet.

but thanks for your input and letting me know a slip is not the end of the world and that people here are supportive when it happens.
