I appreciate - but do not expect - feedback from friends on this board. I am in desperate need of treating and keeping track of my anxiety levels. A thread like this one is the best way for me to do that.

I understand. All I am trying to say is your thread may be beneficial to me. My previous post said this with an attitude.  I think you are doing the right thing for yourself. Too bad there are not any blogs you can post to. But here you will get more feedback. Sometimes feedback is helpful.
