I don't understand... What about rain makes your fibromyalgia flare? My aunt says the same thing about rain and her fibromyalgia.
From what I understand, she can barely sleep on rainy days because the pain wakes her up. So, she gets like 3-4 hours of sleep a night when you consider how many times she woke up and stayed up.
