Hey Dog -- Those who say to report this man are legally correct, if you are in the U.S. I've had to take 2 diversity trainings for educational institutions in the past month.
It is illegal to create a hostile environment for students, workers, etc, in a public place. This means things as seemingly mild as having a suggestive photo as a one's screen saver, telling dirty jokes that might be overheard by someone who feels uncomfortable with that kind of talk, racial and ethnic slurs. If you are in the U.S., physical and mental disabilities would fall into the "protected" category.
It will take a lot of courage to do this. I honestly am not sure that I would. Because I'm not sure that I would want to disclose this about myself in an environment that is already ignorant and hostile. But it is the right thing to do and court decisions are on your side in the U.S.
