If I recall correctly, he initially said the coronavirus was a biological weapon of mass destruction created by China to cripple the American economy. Now that this "theory" has been disproved (because why the hell would China release a biological weapon on their own people?), it's now the democrats' "secret weapon" to prevent him from getting re-elected.
