I canceled my doctor's appointment. Due to the virus, I didn't want to get out to a huge medical facility where I would be in close quarters with potentially sick people. I've canceled all my appointments for the next month. For some reason I don't feel well this evening. I think it might be stress. Important products that I need have sold out. My sister is going to try and see if she can find some to help me out. I will try to relax this evening and on a day to day basis, limit the news I consume. I want to feel calm not agitated.
