Yes I have tried both the attachment and typing of the URL techniques and neither works. Ive also looked this problem up on the net and find that it’s somewhat known among Apple users. Among these it’s known as The Blue Square Of Death and they say there is 0 that Apple can do about it. Perhaps not too surprisingly, they put it back on the Webmaster. Oh well...

I will certainly look into your last 2 suggestions though.
