I was bullied both verbally as well as physically, throughout high school. To say it destroyed my life may be an overstatement. But it may not be far off either. Studies done over the past few years demonstrate the effects of school bullying can last well into adulthood.

You mentioned you'll graduate in a few months. And that's certainly a good thing. But don't presume the bullying you've experienced will simply vanish once you have your diploma in hand.
