I ask this because my ex T never talked about my SH in depth. I'd tell him if I did it and if it was severe enough for stitches. He would ask if it needed medical attention. And we had talked a bit about why I do it but not in depth.
My pdoc (or old pdoc if he hasn't returned yet) will ask if I've SH since I saw him, and will always ask to see unless I say it's on my hips or lower abdomen. Even when I saw his boss a month ago, he asked to see as well. Maybe it's because they're nurse practitioners so they look to see if they're okay and don't need medical attention.

This new T1 I'm seeing asked some questions about it that i wasn't used to from a T. He asked me yesterday stuff like what did I use to clean up, how do I take care of it afterwards, if it bothers me physically like walking. .
