For the past few nights I've been getting about 1-4 hours of sleep. I wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning and am up for the day. I don't really miss the sleep, I don't feel all that tired. I'm not the slightest bit manic, though. I just don't feel the need to sleep as much. I'm not overdoing it with the caffeine either.
I've been taking my double trazodone too and it's not putting me out. Sleep feels hopeless and I know I need it. This is miserable.
