My t asks me a lot of questions about what is behind it? What's driving it? What are the motivating factors? Am I following my safety plan. She might ask if it needed stitches. She rarely asks to see. She might talk to me about how I'm feeling about it? What's my attitude about it? Pastor T just talks to me about stopping and my safety plan. Hope this helps. Hugs. Kit
