There are people that are always going to look for another person's weakness and use it against them. Yep exactly. I totally agree. People have problems that they keep secret, especially in the work force. And since it's common knowledge that some stuff should never be talked about at work could cause coworkers to behave in a way that makes them feel better about themselves, almost like having a sense of control. They also may have grown up thinking they are better than those who are handicapped or that those with disabilities are less than. Even people who are handicapped can develop an arrogant attitude, which I've seen happen unfortunately. One girl I knew developed an arrogant attitude and she was handicapped.
