Behind my question above is a personal awareness that upward progress in certain professions requires a high degree of psychological comfort with aggressive self-promotion.

thanks rohag...i am still working on it...i am not aggressive...i didn't need to be...
people kept coming...i didn't use drugs...just talk...but somehow i broke down...
i just didn't like working that hard...i never ever was interested in working hard
like most regular doctors...i really was wanting 1/2 time...and then i could play
the rest of the time....i wouldn't make much $$$...and i might have a little fame..
but i was also wanting to know what actually causes depression and panic attacks...
