I'm sorry you are having such a difficult time.

One thing you might do, here on PC, is to take some of the quizzes & tests that are on offer. There's a link to them in the banner at the top of the page. However here's an additional link as well:

I'm not a mental health professional. So I can't suggest anything in the way of a diagnosis. However two concepts you might look into further would be that of the highly sensitive person as well as childhood emotional neglect (CEN). Here's a link to the CEN forum:
