This can be so unsettling.
I have a sister who is very ill this week and nobody is sure of just what she has; yet, all symptoms certainly appear to be in alignment with the description given to all of us. It is entirely possible she has the flu or something else entirely.
It is the unknown that can be an unsettling factor.
I hope your sister will be okay. I hope you will be okay, too!
