Good news, my suicidal ideation has decreased back to annoying habit. I’m back on my meds and I put a deposit on a puppy I will take home on the 31st. I think together they have lifted my mood and I no longer think I need IOP/PHP. I’m attaching a picture just to brag [emoji847].
